1. Processing Time

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your parcel in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking details may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries outside Australia, shipments may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
